Legislators in MCA states are either already back to work in their respective state capitals, or will be shortly. Members of the Missouri General Assembly were the first to kick-off the 2009 legislative session on January 7th, and Kansas legislators followed quickly thereafter on January 12th.
In Oklahoma, legislators will officially begin their work next Monday, February 2nd.
