Just as the Missouri General Assembly passes legislation designed to promote rural broadband service in the state, two new studies have been released which focus on the same issue.
The American Consumer Institute looks at how so-called “net neutrality” proposals could actually have a negative impact on rural broadband consumers, and The Information Technology and Innovation Foundation recently released a comprehensive report on international broadband leadership, which includes great information on how to best promote increased access in rural areas.
